A half refund (50% of total payment, less bank charges) may be applicable under the following circumstance:
- Cancellation of an order beyond one hour from the time at which the order was placed on the website but 3 hours prior to the requested delivery or take-away date/time.
No refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation of an order within 3 hours prior to the requested delivery or take-away date/time.
- Inability to complete the delivery of an order due to inaccurate delivery address provided.
- Inability to complete the delivery of an order due to not accepting the delivered items/services by the recipient.
