Refund Policy

All purchases made on our website (also referred herein as “the site” or “site”) are considered confirmed upon completion of the online payment using a credit card.


A full refund (100% of total payment, less bank charges) may be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation of an order within one hour from the time at which the order was placed on the website
  • Inability to complete the delivery of an order due to unforeseen and/or unavoidable circumstances
  • Unavailability of the product or service required


A half refund (50% of total payment, less bank charges) may be applicable under the following circumstance:

  • Cancellation of an order beyond one hour from the time at which the order was placed on the website but 3 hours prior to the requested delivery or take-away date/time.


No refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation of an order within 3 hours prior to the requested delivery or take-away date/time.
  • Inability to complete the delivery of an order due to inaccurate delivery address provided.
  • Inability to complete the delivery of an order due to not accepting the delivered items/services by the recipient.
